AFTER PAY and SHOP PAY Installments RETURNS
Orders placed using Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments are eligible for a store credit or refund and will continue to debit the funds from your account until your Afterpay or Shop Pay balance is paid in full. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING
- Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
- Items sent back after 5 days of delivery date
- Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.
SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS
- Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.
If your purchase was placed using a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued first to the gift card and the remaining funds will be issued to the credit card.
- We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Kosmios will not be able to fulfill your return.

- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
